Grayson Chrisley Reveals Body Transformation After Gaining 31 Lbs. of Muscle in 6 Months

Grayson Chrisley knows the best way around the gym.

After all, the Chrisley Knows Best alum recently underwent a body transformation, packing on muscle as part of his fitness routine.

“It is such a joy to be able to be in the gym with you to work out,” Todd Chrisley told his 19-year-old son on the May 6 episode of the Chrisley Confessions podcast. “To see you looking the way that you look, you look so good.”

When Grayson remarked that he had put on “over 30 pounds” in a short period of time, the patriarch—who also shares Lindsie Chrisley, 36, and Kyle Chrisley, 34, with ex Teresa Terry; as well as kids Chase Chrisley, 29, and Savannah Chrisley, 28, with wife Julie Chrisley—clarified to listeners that the weight gain was “all muscle.”

“I was 134 in November-December,” Grayson added. “I’m 165 right now, so 31 pounds.”

And Todd has noticed the difference, too.

“Well, it shows,” the 57-year-old quipped, adding that younger Grayson looked “way too skinny.”

But the teen isn’t the only one in his family bulking up. Todd had also gained some muscle while spending time in prison on tax fraud charges from January 2023 to May 2025.

Upon his release following a pardon from President Donald Trump, Savannah marveled at her dad’s newly “jacked” physique.

“I’m not gonna lie,” the Growing Up Chrisley star said after feeling her dad’s bicep, “it’s hard.”

As for Savannah, she’s on her own weight loss journey.

“Right now I am almost 160 lbs. Probably more than that,” she shared in a November episode her Unlocked podcast. “I like my weight to be 135, around there.”

At the time, Savannah said she was looking into a GLP-1 drug to help her shed some pounds.

“People can say what they want,” she added. “I just believe as long as you feel good in your body, that’s all that matters. And I want to be skinny. I want people to be like, ‘Is she OK?’”

The country musician explained that his physical appearance has prompted “a lot of self-doubt” throughout his wildly successful career.

“I knew I could perform as good as anybody and put on a good show and write songs that I felt like people would enjoy,” he said on a February 2026 episode of The New York Times’ Popcast podcast. “That was one of my biggest fears is like, ‘Man, maybe I don’t get a shot just because of the way I look.’”

And though Luke described his fitness journey as “this puzzle I can’t figure out,” he is against using GLP-1 medication to help him lose weight.

“That stuff scares me more than I would enjoy the benefits,” he explained. “I will [lose the weight], but I’m not going to do it the short way.”

He concluded, “Not that there’s anything wrong with that. That’s a personal choice. Just for me, I need to win the thing. I need to beat myself.”
