Very Shocking Update: Days of Our Lives Week of March 16 Update: Rachel Recast Debuts, Tate Gets Tricked, Belle Demands EJ’s Truth

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of March 16-20 reveal that a crucial recast will hit Salem while Tate Black (Leo Howard) falls for some deception.

Belle Brady (Martha Madison) will also put EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) through a grilling session, so let’s talk about what’s ahead on DOOL. Although Stephanie Kiriakis (Abigail Klein)

will survive her latest Owen Kent (Wes Ramsey) nightmare, the emotional scars won’t be easy to shake. Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) will worry about Stephanie and

will ultimately give Jeremy Horton (Michael Roark) a much-needed apology. It’s Owen who deserves the backlash for abducting Stephanie and holding her hostage along with Jeremy.

Days spoilers say Owen will face Rafe Hernandez’s (Galen Gering) interrogation and point the finger at Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) for summoning him back to Salem.

EJ will also face some accusations when it comes to his involvement with Owen.

Rafe will put EJ in handcuffs and throw Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) for a loop, but EJ will swear he had nothing to do with Dr. Rolf recruiting Owen.

Later, EJ will have some unexpected news for Gwen von Leuschner (Emily O’Brien), who’ll also have a maddening run-in with Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier).

Other Days spoilers say Lorelei Olivia Mote will make her first appearance as a Rachel Black recast on Tuesday, March 17.

That’s when Mote will officially take over the role that Alice Halsey recently left behind.

Look for Rachel to get some support from Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) in the coming episodes.

Rachel will also go along with Sophia Choi’s (Rachel Boyd) plan to give Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) the skincare vitamin bottle, so she’ll trick Tate by acting like she got a present for his girlfriend.

Sophia should be left out of the conversation for now, so duped Tate may assume Rachel’s just being sweet.

Of course, Tate won’t realize Sophia is using Rachel to deliver more antipsychotic meds to send Holly further off the rails.

Holly will have another outburst that pushes Arianna “Ari” Horton (Marissa Reyes) over the edge, so Ari will make it clear that she can’t take any more of Holly’s wild mood swings.

While Belle pushes EJ for the truth about Stephanie’s crisis, JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) will have a bonding session with Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews).

That could stir up some difficult memories for JJ as he recalls firing at Theo all those years ago.

Once Klaus (Bassel Azuro) targets Liam Selejko (Hank Northrop), JJ and Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) will come to his rescue.

It seems JJ may be haunted by the past and hesitate when it comes to shooting Klaus.

Days spoilers say Shawn will step up and trade shots with Klaus instead, so that’ll result in Shawn bleeding on the ground as JJ panics.

It looks like Shawn will be OK, but he’ll demand the real story from JJ in the aftermath.

Shawn may want to know if JJ hesitated because of his history with Theo and whether he’s really capable of making high-stakes decisions on the job.

Back with Ari, she’ll comfort Liam after all the shootout drama.

Liam may feel guilty for Shawn’s injury, but Ari will probably argue that he couldn’t have predicted or prevented Klaus’ actions.

In Alamainia, Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte) will push Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) out of a bullet’s path.

Leo will be grateful to Dimitri, but they’ll both have to defend their fugitive fiasco when Andrew Donovan (Colton Little) shows up.
