Days Of Our Lives Spoilers indicate that Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves) has hired a lawyer to try to get custody of her grandchildren Thomas Dimera (Cary Christopher)

and Charlotte Dimera (Autumn Gendron) because of Chad’s attraction to Cat Greene (AnnaLynn McCloud). Should Chad Dimera (Billy Flynn) fight Jennifer for custody?

EJ Dimera Warned Chad Dimera

Chad went to his brother EJ Dimera (Dan Feuerriegel) who told him that Jennifer might have a case in court if it goes that far and advised Chad against fighting her.

However, Chad is not like EJ. Chad I relatively squeaky clean compared to any other Dimera. Chad also has a cleaner past than Jennifer or Jack Deveraux (Matthew Atkinson) as well.

Chad has nothing to do with his family business. Chad doesn’t live with anyone in his family.

Chad has chosen to stay at the Horton house with his children because that is where he wanted to raise his kids. Chad has never done anything to intentionally hurt his children in the time he has had them.

Jack Deveraux Is A Rapist

Jack is a known rapist and that is a matter of public record. Jack’s victim is married to his brother Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols).

Kayla could be called to testify about Jack’s past and it would not look good for a young girl to be living with him. Bringing Jack into the equation would look very good on Chad’s behalf.

Child Protective Services would have to be concerned over Jack’s past no matter when the rape occurred. Jack has been involved in other dirty deeds along the way.

Just because Jack is an upstanding man now doesn’t mean he is someone who should be raising young children and Chad should certainly use that.

Jennifer Deveraux Is A Drug Addict

Jennifer is far from being an angel herself. When Jennifer first came to Salem, she was nothing but a thief. Jennifer shoplifted as a teen several times. Jennifer is also a drug addict and has relapsed as well.

Jennifer is far from the person she claims to be. Jennifer has no right to judge Chad at all. Chad has always been a great father to those kids.

Whatever EJ told Chad that could interfere with his custody, Jennifer’s past should be taken into account. Jennifer was also the one in charge of Thomas when he ran out in front of the car in the square.

It seems that EJ has forgotten just how inventive he could be considering Jennifer and Jack’s past. Should Chad just push EJ to do his worst and keep his family together? Why does EJ not want to help Chad keep his kids?
