General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will take on  a new case this week on the ABC soap.

Usually she’s been working cases as a patient advocate at GH more recently, but this one might be a private investigator case-looking for a kidnapped Anna Devane (Finola Hughes)!

Felicia And Anna Worked Cases Together Many Times In The Past

GH viewers will remember that Felicia and Anna worked cases together many times in the past-several years ago, they were on the trail of an on-the-run Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart)!

They also worked together when Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and baby Bailey Lou Jones (Miley and Riley Plonski) were kidnapped by Peter August (Wes Ramsey) several years ago.

That, of course, was when Peter met his death-Felicia struck him with a tire iron, and Anna didn’t call for an ambulance-she let him die.

In the meantime,  Felicia took Maxie to safety, later retrieving Bailey, who Maxie left in a safe baby drop at a firehouse.

Anna and Felicia have always been close friends, in addition to former sisters in law, so when Felicia hears of Anna’s apparent kidnapping, she pitches in!

Felicia Worries For Her Friend

Of course, Felicia worries for her friend, and most likely Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will be in on the search and rescue for Anna as well-and Jason will brief her.

He will give her details of their most recent conversation, in which she told him that she needed to know if Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) was still alive!

Anna’s been suspicious ever since Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) turned up alive, even sending Jason after her when he saw her at the Paris airport.

Her “resurrection” is easier to explain-she faked her death, and alienated her mother in the process for a time-but Nathan West’s (Ryan Paevey) resurrection is much harder to explain!

One thing that Felicia may be able to do because of her hospital job, however, is try to track down Faison’s brain-Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) had preserved it in a jar.

DNA Needs To Be Tested To See If The Brain In Kevin’s Jar Was Really Faison’s

One thing that may need to be done, and that Anna was possibly going to do, was to test the brain in Kevin’s preservation jar to see if the DNA left was a match for Faison’s.

If it turned out that it wasn’t, then the old morgue switcheroo must have taken place, and Faison’s corpse was actually Faison alive, but unconscious. Anna didn’t touch him to see if he had a pulse, she only talked to him, bemoaning the memory of conceiving Peter.

This was before the memory transfer experiments were revealed, Anna  not yet knowing her memories had been switched with Alex Marick’s (Finola Hughes).

It’s obvious that Anna has gotten too close to the truth of whether Faison is alive or not, and that’s the reason she’s kidnapped-and Felicia is determined to help find her!
