General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) may decide he still wants Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen), even after she’s potentially revealed

as his shooter. Drew’s twisted obsession with Willow may run deep, so let’s talk about why he might reject the idea of ending their new marriage.

GH fans know Drew is always quick to defend Willow against any shooter accusations.

Willow lied about driving around aimlessly and got caught on traffic cam footage near Drew’s house, but he didn’t bat an eye at her deception.

After Willow once again assured Drew that she didn’t pull the trigger, he believed her and pushed Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) to clean up the mess.

No matter what red flag or piece of evidence pops up, Drew has never wavered on his belief that Willow is innocent.

That’s why Drew’s world will get turned upside down if he ultimately has total recall and remembers Willow shot him that night.

Having Drew remember for himself seems like the best way to convince him that Willow is actually guilty.
