The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Monday, January 12, reveals that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will react to the Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan)

and Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) cheating risk. Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) will also face a tricky mission, so here’s what B&B fans can expect.

At the cliff house, Finn will sense that something’s bothering Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), so he’ll be ready to help if he can.

As Steffy joins Finn on the sofa, she’ll admit she’s got serious concerns about Sheila Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) and the potential for her to backslide.

Steffy spied a rather intimate moment between Deacon and Taylor, so she confronted her mom about it.

That led to Steffy’s realization that Taylor has legitimate feelings for Deacon, so she’s in panic mode about the possibility of Sheila finding out and going wild.

Although Steffy warned Taylor to ditch Deacon as a patient and shut this connection down, she’ll continue to fret.

Steffy also recruited Hope to get through to Deacon and convince him to stay away from Taylor, but she’ll fear none of this will be enough.

Finn will definitely be surprised over Steffy’s revelation about Taylor and Deacon falling for each other.

It could bring some Sheila-related concerns for Finn too, but he may hope that Deacon and Taylor will avoid crossing any lines – especially now that their daughters are warning against it.

Finn may promise Steffy that they’ll keep a close eye on Sheila just in case she might retaliate.

No matter what happens, Finn will vow to protect their family – and that includes his mother-in-law if Taylor gets in over her head with Sheila down the road.

In the meantime, Hope will face a tricky mission.

Steffy’s right about Sheila, so Hope gets that it’s best not to fuel her sinister side with an infuriating Taylor and Deacon betrayal.

Hope may corner Deacon and back Steffy up when it comes to her stance on his potential romance with Taylor.

However, Hope won’t want Deacon thinking she supports his current marriage either.

In a perfect world, Hope would love to see Deacon divorce Sheila and move on with another woman.

Perhaps Hope will argue that Deacon needs to do it the right way by ending his marriage instead of having an affair.

Furthermore, it’d be better to fall for someone other than Steffy’s mother since she’s freaking out about Taylor becoming a target.

Sheila credits Taylor with saving her relationship, so she’ll flip out if she eventually considers Taylor the person who stole Deacon away!

Finally, Carter Walton’s (Lawrence Saint-Victor) marriage proposal will lead to exciting news since Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire) will accept it sooner or later.
