Newest Update!! Rhona and Graham’s affair ‘confirmed’ in Emmerdale after this moment
Rhona Goskirk (Zoe Henry) has told Graham Foster (Andrew Scarborough) where to go once more in Emmerdale, but can they really stay away from each other?
Rhona was the first person to discover Graham’s return from the dead back in January. He had learnt about April Windsor (Amelia Flanagan) being in danger of Ray Walters (Joe Absolom) and wanted to help.
When Marlon saw Graham again, his immediate reaction – like many other people in the village – was to tell Graham that he should’ve stayed dead. Aside from his general paranoia
about Graham taking Rhona from him, Marlon unleashed his anger because he was wrongly imprisoned for Graham’s murder back in 2020. If faking his death never happened, Marlon wouldn’t have suffered such a traumatic time behind bars.
It’s hard to deny how they feel
Fair reason to lose your cool, to be honest.
I’ve got to hand it to Graham, the man’s determined. Despite Rhona making it crystal clear that she only has eyes for Marlon, he took a risk and confessed that he’s still in love with her. He left Smithy Cottage with his tail between his legs though, as Rhona couldn’t believe he had the audacity to contemplate getting back with her after causing so much pain.
Her mixed emotions towards Graham were highlighted again in this evening’s episode, as Rhona discovered that Graham had spent time reassuring Tracy Shankley (Amy Walsh), who was panicking about Cain Dingle’s (Jeff Hordley) cancer diagnosis.
Graham told Rhona that his dad died of prostate cancer so he understands what Cain and his family are going through. Rhona sighed, and couldn’t help but wonder why Graham is spending so much time with Kim Tate (Claire King) when he’s such a decent bloke.
Graham isn’t at Home Farm for Kim though, he’s there for Joe Tate (Ned Porteous). Rhona asked what exactly he wants now he’s back in Emmerdale, and Graham wondered if he really needed to say the same thing out loud again.
Rhona didn’t tell Graham where to go this time, but she did stare into his eyes a little too long for someone who’s previously claimed she isn’t interested.
Witnessing the exchange was Lydia Dingle (Karen Blick), who was outside comforting an upset Matty Barton (Ash Palmisciano) about the sale of Butler’s Farm.
Lydia didn’t hear what was said, but she didn’t need to. The conversation unfolding in close proximity between Rhona and Graham was enough for her to sense that something was going on.
Lydia took action in today’s episode – now available on ITVX – as she had discovered two pieces of information about Graham.
After learning that the man had spent the night with Kim, Lydia realised that Rhona was planning on meeting up with Graham to discuss their chemistry.
Lydia sensed that she was looking at a bomb very close to going off, and told Rhona what Graham had been up to in an attempt to protect her, but also Kim and Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock).
Rhona was pretty taken aback that Graham had spent so much time trying to charm her, only to sleep with Kim at the first opportunity.
She later opened up to Vanessa Woodfield (Michelle Hardwick) about how close she was to throwing her marriage away – but is this really it?
Can Graham and Rhona keep away from each other, or were the scenes this week foreshadowing an affair storyline?
Is it only a matter of time until Rhona gives into the feelings she still has for Graham?
