General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that the show may have just laid the groundwork for a shocking big reveal. There are still many unanswered questions about Nathan West (Ryan Paevey),

but GH writers may have given viewers a huge clue about the real story. In the March 19 episode, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) had some dialogue that definitely got viewers’ attention.

During Britt’s conversation with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), she had a line about Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) having four kids. That was big news since GH fans were previously aware of only three:

Britt, Nathan and Peter August (Wes Ramsey). Britt seemingly doesn’t realize she slipped up, but maybe Josslyn could eventually have a lightbulb moment and mull over this hint.

Regardless, viewers are certainly in speculation mode on social media now that Britt’s mentioned this mysterious fourth Faison child.

The show has to reveal more sooner or later, so now’s a good time to consider who Britt was referring to.

When Nathan suddenly showed back up in town, Britt seemed uneasy about his miraculous return.

From that awkward reunion hug to Britt’s nervous reaction to Nathan bonding with James West (Gary James Fuller), she was clearly uncomfortable.

There have also been a ton of weird warning signs to suggest Nathan isn’t the man he claims to be.

It feels like the show’s building to a major revelation about Nathan being someone else.

With that in mind, maybe Nathan has a long-lost twin brother.

There might be a rewrite that involves Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) believing the other twin died at birth or something along those lines.

Of course, it’s possible “Nathan” is a clone instead.

It would be strange for Britt to refer to that clone as one of Faison’s kids, but it’s still an option to consider.

That said, the twin angle would be best since fake Nathan would still have a solid connection to the canvas.

This would still be Faison and Obrecht’s son as well as Nathan’s sibling, so he could work as a new character once the truth is exposed.

There may be a reason why “Nathan” was so quick to fall for Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) while Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) was in a coma.

Nathan’s brother may be posing as the real thing, so that’s a shocker Lulu may face down the road.

Britt may know about this twin twist and anything else faux Nathan might be hiding – like his involvement with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes).
