General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) may let down two of the most important people in his life. Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud)

are counting on Jason, but he seems poised to disappoint them both soon enough. Let’s start with Danny, who’s accepted the fact that Jason has to leave town to help someone in trouble.

Jason didn’t provide much information, but Danny knows enough to realize this is something his dad has to do. Danny was understanding about the whole situation in the end, but he did have one final request.

Since Danny’s basketball team made it to the finals, he mentioned the upcoming game news to Jason and got his promise that he’d be there tomorrow.

Sadly, GH spoilers suggest that’s a promise Jason may end up breaking through no fault of his own.

Jason may be on the verge of becoming a hostage, so a kidnapping crisis could force him to miss the big game.

Of course, that means Britt may face some disappointment of her own.

Britt’s conversation with Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) at Brown Dog Bar felt rather ominous since she’s so certain that Jason won’t abandon her.

Brad, on the other hand, thinks Britt is setting herself up for a huge letdown.

The more Brad talked about Jason bailing on Britt and how she was making a colossal mistake, the more it seemed like the show was setting up a situation where Britt’s left high and dry.

Will Britt wind up thinking Jason went on the run without her after his attempted hit on Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) goes wrong?

That’s one option to consider if Britt lets Brad get inside her head and her old insecurities come roaring back.

However, it’s also possible Britt will realize something’s amiss, but she may not be able to do anything about it.

Cullum spotted Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) trying to get Britt’s medication out of the safe and later uncovered his lie, so he may put it together that there’s an escape plot underway.

Naturally, Cullum’s mind might go straight to Jason as the main person who’d help Britt with a mission like that.

Perhaps Cullum will realize Britt’s trying to get out of delivering the prototype and intends on bolting with Jason.

Cullum might have Jason followed and snatched to ruin his getaway with Britt.

There’s a chance Jason might get kidnapped before he can take a shot at Cullum if someone sneaks up behind him.

Whatever the case, it’s doubtful Jason will make it to Danny’s basketball game – and he may not be able to meet up with Britt for their Canada trip either!
