General Hospital (GH) spoilers imply that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will aim to shoot WSB Head Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) during the week of March 16-20,

but will he end up hitting Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna), instead? Let’s talk about it! The ABC soap just dropped its weekly preview video. In a clip, it shows Jason, outside,

seemingly on the top of a building, with a gun. He’s got his pistol pointed at a glass window, presumably at a WSB office, and Cullum is seen talking to Brennan.

During the scene, it looks like Jason is about to take a shot, but will he hit the right WSB head?

So, let’s rewind a bit. During the Monday, March 16 episode, Jason will fill Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) in on his plans to leave town with Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).

Jason is dead set on helping the good doctor escape her current predicament of working with Cullum and Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) through Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) final project.

Both Sidwell and Cullum have coerced Britt to work on the dire cold fusion project and are using her Huntington’s disease medication as collateral to ensure she continues to do her job.

In addition, Jason will also relay to Sonny about how he intends to “eliminate that b@stard,” and he likely means Cullum.

As fans know, Cullum is a double agent, working as a WSB Head by day to manipulate the agency’s mission to bring down Sidwell, and collaborating with Sidwell by night to move Cesar’s final project along.

This brings us to the clip in the weekly GH preview. Jason will make good on his word to off Cullum, but considering the scene that plays out during the promo, will he end up successful?

As fans know, Jason is on the cusp of a brief exit. Actor Steve Burton announced to fans that he’s planning on taking a short break from the soap to focus on some family time.

Jason’s departure presents an opportunity for the henchman to go out in a blaze of glory, so how he exits exactly still seems to be up in the air.

Will he be ready to leave town with Britt and decide to off Cullum before they head out? This could place a snag in their plans.

Jason’s a great shot – the best in the business – but this is also the land of Port Charles, where plot twists do occur, so could he end up shooting Brennan instead of Cullum?

It seems unlikely that Brennan would die from the gunshot, as he is a pivotal player on the show, but it would create a ton of drama for Jason, Britt, Brennan, and even Cullum.

Cullum is an expendable character, but as he’s just joined storylines, it does seem unlikely that he’ll exit the show anytime soon.

While Sidwell is public enemy number one where villains are concerned on General Hospital, Cullum has offered a nice mix of deviousness and sheer evil to help add a layer of vile to storylines.

General Hospital spoilers hint that Jason’s exit from PC will come with its fair share of shockers and complications, so it’ll be interesting to see if the henchman pulls the trigger on his plan, only to create more chaos and drama for himself as he leaves the little town for a short while.
