eneral Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) may find herself in need of a dramatic rescue down the road. Although Lulu is falling for Nathan West (Ryan Paevey),

she may not truly understand what she’s getting herself into here. At the moment, Lulu thinks the biggest issue is whether her friendship with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) can survive her romance with Nathan.

In reality, the biggest issue may be whether Lulu herself can survive when Nathan’s real identity is exposed!

Of course, GH writers haven’t confirmed anything about who Nathan really is yet, but they’ve offered plenty of hints that he’s not who he claims to be.

Despite the DNA and fingerprints being a match, some trickery may be going on.

There’s a good chance Nathan is entangled in Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) and Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) twisted web.

It seems likely that Nathan is one of the police informants who gave Sidwell intel about Willow Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) guilt.

If Nathan is indeed connected to Sidwell and Cullum, that means danger could spill over to Lulu.

It’s possible Lulu will uncover more than she should about this version of Nathan and what really happened to him during those missing seven years.

In other words, “Nathan” may be a fraud, so things could take a very dangerous turn if Lulu uncovers that news.

Even if Nathan doesn’t harm Lulu himself, Cullum or Sidwell could go after her if she poses a threat to their work.

Then again, it’s possible we’ll see a disturbing shift in Nathan as this storyline moves along.

After all, Nathan had that fierce outburst with Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), so he may have a hot temper that’ll become harder for him to contain.

Regardless, Lulu may need a hero, so will it be Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) who comes to her rescue?

Dante has been struggling with Lulu’s new romance since part of him always thought they’d be endgame.

Maybe Lulu and Dante could still score that endgame title if he’s the one who saves her from whatever Nathan imposter horror awaits!

General Hospital spoilers say Dante might step up for Lulu when she needs him most, so stay tuned for any exciting curveballs to come.
