Days of Our Lives (DOOL) update for the week of April 6-10 indicate that a new actress will make a splash while a familiar face comes back to town as well. There’ll be some surprises

happening all over Salem, so here’s what Days viewers can look forward to. First, Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) will mull over Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall) pitch to help her run Basic Black.

Days spoilers say Kate will get on board and share a toast with Marlena, but tension could follow. That’s because Kate tricked Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and got him tangled up in a major lawsuit.

Marlena is quite protective of her grandson and will have a big problem with what Kate did, but their Basic Black deal may remain locked in anyway.

Kate will also have to play fix-it with Roman Brady (Josh Taylor), who won’t be pleased over Kate’s treatment of Johnny either.

Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) could end up heading down a new career path of his own if he goes along with Steve Johnson’s (Stephen Nichols) plan for him to join Black Patch and work some cases.

As for Stephanie Kiriakis (Abigail Klein), she’ll continue to struggle with being touched by Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson).

Stephanie obviously trusts Alex, but she’s having a hard time with close contact after that whole nightmare with Owen Kent (Wes Ramsey).

However, Marlena will help guide Stephanie toward an honest discussion with Alex that could help them in the end.

Even so, Stephanie’s suggestion about getting a gun will leave Alex worried about her dwelling on Owen and the effect it’s having on her mental state.

Other Days spoilers say Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) will be on a mission to patch things up with Arianna “Ari” Horton, who’ll be played by Vico Escorcia starting April 8.

Ari couldn’t take Holly’s wild mood swings any longer, so Holly moved out of their dorm room.

Now that Sophia Choi’s (Rachel Boyd) pill swap has come to light, Holly will explain and hope for a clean slate with Ari.

In the town square, Tate will make some manipulative moves and work to gain the upper hand on Sophia.

Since Sophia’s fingerprints will be on the bottle Tate grabs from the garbage, those might be compared with the ones on the skincare supplement containers.

Over with Brady, he’ll get into another argument with Kristen over Rachel Black’s (Lorelei Olivia Mote) Bayview drama.

Kristen may make matters worse by joining forces with Sophia on a sneaky plan.

Later, Kristen will corner EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) for a confrontation once she realizes Lexie Carver (Nikki Crawford) is alive.

Lexie will open her eyes to Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) during an upcoming visit, so she’ll officially be awake.

Back with Brady, his relationship with Sarah will take a hot turn in the bedroom while Gwen has her own private celebration with Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) following EJ’s successful experiment.

DOOL fans can also expect Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) to catch Rafe off guard.

That may be due to Javi’s Salem return AND the news that he’s got a new man in his life.

Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) will seriously consider surrendering to a future with Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte), but his love for Javi will win out in the end.

Unfortunately, Days of Our Lives spoilers say this boyfriend situation with Javi will throw another wrench in Leo’s plans!
