Sally has appeared on the soap for four decades

William shared an image of himself pictured with a radiant-looking Sally, who appeared absolutely glowing. In the accompanying message, William explained: “Three years of skin, not quick fixes with my friend@sallydynevor. I’ve been looking after Sally Dynevor’s skin health for over three years now and what I value most is the shared understanding that skin is not something to be rushed, forced, or over-treated.”

“Our approach has always been well considered. Gentle. Consistent. Intelligent. Rather than chasing trends or aggressive interventions, we focus on supporting the skin barrier, calming inflammation, working with the skin’s natural rhythms and prioritising longevity over instant change.

“Great skin isn’t built in a single treatment it’s nurtured over time, through trust, restraint, and listening to what the skin actually needs. This is what skin health looks like when it’s treated as a living system, not a surface to correct.”

Sally’s youthful appearance certainly didn’t go unnoticed, with admirers flooding the comments section. One follower remarked: “Sally your skin looks amazing.”

Another chimed in: “She looks about 25!” A third enquired: “What’s the treatment? Have you had microneedling?” To which William confirmed: “Sally does have microneedling with me.”

Last year, Burnley-born William discussed Sally’s skincare regime with the Manchester Evening News, revealing the secrets behind her radiant complexion

He explained: “We like to keep her skin nice and strong. So the last thing we did with her was a treatment called EMlift and it’s about restimulating muscle.

“It works on contracting the muscle so that the muscle gets stronger and stronger so you’ll get that lift in the mid-face. It’s really good for people who don’t want to go down that injectable route – we’re working with what is actually there.”

He continued: “She always says, ‘I want to look fresh. I want to look like me, but I just want to look fresh’ and that is generally what we work out throughout every single year that I’ve worked with her. It’s always about trying to reduce pigmentation, that skin glow and just that firmness to Sally’s skin. That’s what she really likes.”

The beauty expert explained that their approach centres on maintaining a natural appearance whilst addressing specific concerns such as pigmentation reduction, achieving radiant skin and preserving firmness – all priorities that Sally values highly in her skincare routine.
