Newest Update!!! Celia turns d.e.a.d.l.y in early Emmerdale release amid April’s arrest
April Windsor (Amelia Flanagan) called her granddad Bob Hope (Tony Audenshaw) in today’s episode of Emmerdale, explaining that she had been arrested. The young girl has been
in Newcastle doing a drugs job for Celia Daniels (Jaye Griffiths) and Ray Walters (Joe Absolom). Prior to this, April was sent to a house where a man called Callum tried to rape her.
To defend herself, April hit Callum with a bottle, and believed she had killed him in that moment.

She’s had enough
April informed Celia and Ray immediately after, who dealt with the matter to ensure she didn’t get into trouble. It was then revealed that Callum is actually alive.

April was arrested because a police officer found drugs on her. She called Bob and asked him to act as her appropriate adult because she knew that there’d be a greater risk of her involvement in Celia’s operation getting exposed if Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock) went to the station instead.
As April was questioned, Bob was either sat in silence, in disbelief over what was going on, or fuelling the theory that the youngster was wrongly arrested.
The officer in charge then started to suggest that April was found with drugs because she is working for someone. He absolutely hit the nail on the head, but April wasn’t going to confirm this.
A few days ago, a standalone episode aired that explored April’s fear surrounding telling someone that she’s working for Celia. In a dream sequence, April was seen revealing all to Marlon, but Ray then burst into their home and shot Marlon dead.

Back in the police station, April did not confirm that the officer’s claim was true. Afterwards, Bob questioned his granddaughter, who stated that she accepted the drugs at a party because societal pressures pushed her to.
April begged Bob not to tell Marlon. It’s clear that he was uncomfortable with this, but she manipulated him enough so that Bob agreed to keep quiet.
When April returned to the village, she updated Celia and Ray. She explained that she said no comment to everything, but isn’t sure if Bob is going to keep quiet.
Celia sighed. It was clear she was growing tired of April, who has consistently created problems for her instead of doing as she’s asked.

The drug lord is dating Bob right now solely to prevent him from growing suspicious about what April is up to. Charming him and keeping him quiet wasn’t going to be an issue for her, and she later reiterated to Ray that dealing with April also won’t be a problem, should things begin to get worse.
Celia told her son that if April doesn’t fix this latest issue, she’s going to wish that she’s never been born.
This week, Celia will tell April that she’s used up her final chance. It’s very clear that her patience with the youngster has ran out, so what exactly will she have planned for her?

Through the modern day slavery part of this storyline, we’ve seen that Celia can be incredibly brutal and horrific when someone gets on the wrong side of her.
A few days ago, she told Bear Wolf (Joshua Richards) that him and the rest of the slaves would go without food for a day and a half if he didn’t complete his next task to the highest of standards.
