Newest Update!! Celia faces Moira’s wrath in Emmerdale release as end is ‘confirmed’

It looks like the beginning of the end for Celia Daniels (Jaye Griffiths) and her reign of terror on Emmerdale, as she’s now acquired two very formidable enemies –

Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb) and her husband Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley).  Prior to this episode, Moira was happy to be a business partner with Celia, who’d persuaded

her to join her in the turkey-rearing business. After some very harsh months financially, Moira was happy to see the new enterprise start to earn some good money,

and she was very grateful to Celia for getting her involved.  A phone call from a disgruntled client in this episode confused her and she went to look for Celia to get some clarification. When she got to Celia’s farm – which she’d apparently never visited before – she found the house empty and went inside.

She was shocked at the dilapidated state of the house and even more shocked when she found a pile of invoices with her signature on them, but for amounts she certainly didn’t recognise.

Moira headed off to the Woolpack, where she found Celia and accused her of doctoring the invoices. Celia tried to fob her off by claiming it was the client’s fault and she would look into it. Moira wasn’t buying her excuses and became increasingly angry, to the point where Caleb (William Ash), who was at the bar, told her to calm down.

Celia whispered to Moira that maybe her problem was that her brain tumour was back – and at that, Moira saw red and thumped her.

Moira Dingle made a huge discovery

In the mayhem that followed, Celia cried crocodile tears and everyone took her side, believing that Moira had needlessly attacked a perfectly innocent woman who’d just been enjoying a quiet drink. Cain arrived and Moira left with him, as people rushed to comfort Celia.

Back home at Butlers, Moira told cain she deeply regretted getting into business with Celia. Cain agreed, and said he didn’t trust Ray, either, after the strange business where Marlon (Mark Charnock) claimed to have crashed his car into Ray’s.

They decided they would go over to Celia’s farm the next day and ask questions together. ‘You’d better brace yourself, Celia,’ Moira muttered.

Meanwhile Celia was fuming about Moira’s actions but wasn’t too concerned, because she already put in place measures to keep Moira quiet. ‘There’s a dead body on her land, her signature is all over the invoices and now she’s assaulted me,’ she told Ray. Moira could soon find be under investigation herself if she made any trouble.

Nevertheless, things are getting too complicated for Celia and she told Ray to start getting ready to close down their whole operation and move somewhere else.

But Ray may not be as cooperative as she’d hope, as he’d just spent the morning taking Bear (Joshua Richards) to the hospital to get a wound stitched up against Celia’s orders. And he also defied her by going to see Laurel (Charlotte Bellamy) and asking her for another chance for their relationship.

With Moira and Cain on her case and Ray starting to rebel, this really could be the end for Celia Daniels.
