Hot Shocking Update!! General Hospital Tuesday, March 24 Recap: Jason Arrested to Spare Rocco – Cullum & Marco Fight for Their Lives
General Hospital (GH) recap for Tuesday, March 24, reveals that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) stepped up to save Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) while Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes)
and Marco Rios (Andrian Anchondo) were rushed to GH. At the law office, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) were horrified at the sight of Marco bleeding on the floor.
Danny took off his hoodie and gave it to Alexis so she could put pressure on Marco’s wounds.
After Danny called 911, the paramedics came for Marco, who had lost consciousness by then. Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) also showed up to take statements, but Alexis didn’t have any details and grew concerned when Danny disappeared.
Meanwhile, Danny called Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) to come pick him up.
Although Danny wanted Charlotte to take him to Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) place so they could get help for Jason, Charlotte shut down that idea and had a better one.
On Pier 55, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) arrived right after Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) shot Cullum and wounded his hand in the process.
Jason questioned Rocco about whether anyone saw him and pushed Nathan to get the teen out of there, so Nathan indeed left with Rocco.
The patrol cars were on closing in, so Jason wiped Rocco’s fingerprints off the gun and fired a shot that injured his own hand next.
After Britt regained consciousness, she was disoriented as Jason warned her to say she saw him shoot Cullum.
Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) arrived with backup and took Jason into police custody.
Although Dante quizzed Britt about the shooting, he ultimately questions could wait until her head injury was treated.
Britt was taken to GH, where Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) insisted on getting a CT scan.
That scan brought positive results, but Britt was clearly a nervous wreck over the events of the evening and wanted to speak with Lucas Jones (Van Hansis).
However, Lucas was busy doing surgery on Cullum at that point.
Britt shifted gears and said she needed to get in touch with Marco, so Portia spilled the news about his stabbing and urgent medical care.
While Lucas worked frantically to save Cullum’s life in the OR, Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) worked on Marco in the trauma room with Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) assistance.
Liz and Isaiah were pleased once Marco seemed to be stable.
At the PCPD, Dante officially placed Jason under arrest and made sure he got his hand bandaged up.
Since Dante knew Jason’s behavior tonight was totally out of character, he also knew something big must’ve happened to make him behave so recklessly.
Dante pushed Jason to talk to him, but Jason only apologized for hurting Dante earlier and repeatedly requested his attorney.
Next, Nathan took Rocco home to Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening), who was alarmed over her son’s hand injury and visibly rattled state.
Since Lulu had been alone all evening, Nathan warned her to say Rocco was with her if anyone asked.
Lulu found out Rocco was involved in the shooting of a WSB agent and wanted more information.
Nathan didn’t have time to get into the details right now, but he was adamant about protecting Rocco and insisted no one else could know what happened – not even Dante.
As Nathan was on his way out, Rocco stopped him to ask if Cullum was dead.
Nathan didn’t know yet and rushed off to get ahead of the situation at the police station.
Once Lulu was alone with Rocco, she gave some medical attention to his hand and gently encouraged him to open up to her.
After Nathan made it to the PCPD, he found Dante wrapping up his futile interrogation of Jason.
Dante made it clear that if Cullum died, then Jason would never see the light of day again.
At Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) house, she regretted getting swept up in Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) world and dragging Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) into it.
After Carly hinted about Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Brennan being alike, Valentin was insulted and explained why he was different.
Although Carly struggled to trust her judgment of men anymore, she ultimately seemed to regain her trust in Valentin and the promises he’d made to her.
General Hospital spoilers say Valentin and Carly will face more curveballs soon
