Marlena at the end of Wednesday’s episode upon learning that Kristen was moving in with Brady and Rachel. “Oh, Brady!” Give Kristen an inch, and she’ll take a mile!

Clearly, that’s what Kristen’s hoping, despite the fact Brady made clear that she only had a month before he booted her out.

Despite Brady’s awareness over how volatile Kristen is and how bad of an idea this is, he’s still agreeing to it. Because for better or for worse, he seems to think that he can keep this under control. He and Kristen are over and done with, and as he’s been trying to get across to Rachel, they are never, ever getting back together again.

Except… Well, when Soaps.com spoke with Eric Martsolf, he was a whole lot more realistic than Brady!

“Brady and Kristen is something that not a lot of people saw coming decades ago,” Martsolf mused. “It’s been decades! I think. Close to decades. It was so forbidden. But I think that’s the beauty of it. I think that’s why it still exists, because there’s just a piece of it that’s so gritty.”

As we see just about every time Rachel’s parents are together, “they fight so well together, and they have such tumultuous conversations. But they also have a daughter, and they also have history. And they also have passion. With that argumentative relationship comes potential. There’s a fine line between arguing and lust and fever.”

And while that makes for great watching, it’s probably not the best thing for such a reliably toxic couple!

As Martsolf says, their relationship is “always a volcano that’s sitting there waiting to erupt. So, ‘Never?’ No, I think that would be the wrong, wrong word. It’s just unpredictable. And I think that’s part of the fun in watching Kristen and Brady ‘dance.’”

Well, if Kristen gets her way and moves in, that dance will likely reach a fever pitch once again. And even if they don’t get back together, things are going to get a whole lot more difficult for Brady and Sarah! And honestly, that may just be good enough for Kristen and her daughter.
