General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) may grow increasingly obsessed with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) and the life he wants to build together.

Despite all the drama with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), Nathan has fallen hard for Lulu and wants to see where this leads.

Unfortunately, it can’t be leading anywhere good since all signs point to Nathan not being exactly who he says he is.

Although the DNA and fingerprints matched up for the real Nathan, there’s a chance someone like Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) used his WSB connections and just made it seem that way!

The same idea applies for Nathan’s missing corpse, which could’ve been removed from his grave to back up the story.

Then again, it’s possible this is really Nathan’s body, but someone else has essentially taken over his mind.

There could be some brainwashing or a memory-mapping situation involved.

Whatever the case, Nathan already slipped up with Lulu during their night together at the café during the blizzard.

Lulu caught Nathan in a story that didn’t line up about his father, which forced Nathan to cover and explain away his blunder.

Plus, Nathan hinted about wanting to be the man Lulu saw him as.

It felt like a huge hint that Nathan isn’t really that man, so Lulu could be falling for an imposter.

There’s a good chance more slipups are brewing, so Lulu may notice sooner or later.

Lulu is an investigative journalist who’s willing to dig deep for the hottest scoops, so Nathan may be making a big mistake by being with her.

What if Lulu starts to realize some things aren’t adding up with Nathan? Could Lulu resort to spying on Nathan and following him without his knowledge?

If so, Lulu might find out Nathan is tied to Cullum and Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) secret project.

That news would make sense considering the timing of Nathan’s return and how it seems connected to Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) own comeback.

Lulu might also find out “Nathan’s” true identity or at least figure out that he hasn’t been honest about who he really is.

Nathan’s dangerous side could come out if Lulu isn’t careful and leave her in panic mode.

GH fans got a glimpse of Nathan’s hot temper with Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), which felt out of character and could be a sign that this “Nathan” will become more unhinged.
