General Hospital (GH) preview video for the week of October 20-24 suggest Veronica “Ronnie” Bard’s (Erika Slezak) true colors will come out, while Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros)

makes a courtroom plea, and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will be caught off guard with an unexpected visitor at Steinmauer. GH released its preview video,

and fans should expect some massive drama to hit the fan over the next five days. The GH promo opens with a close-up of Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) in the Quartermaine kitchen,

as he states to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), “You think that I framed Willow (Tait – Katelyn MacMullen).”

A clip of Willow with a concerned look on her face flashes across the screen, as Dante replies, “Did you?”

As the General Hospital preview progresses, a courtroom scene is shown next.

Nina slowly rises from her seat, looking very distraught, and her brother Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) can be seen in the background.

The judge then asks, “Miss Reeves, how do you plead?”

But, before fans hear Nina’s response, a scene of Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is shown, next to a very emotional Willow, as the congressman yells out, “Nina, you, B****” (fans can guess exactly the last word he utters, even though it’s cut off).

A close-up of Willow in tears quickly flashes across the screen.

Nina will likely tell the truth about Willow’s alibi, and while she loves her daughter, she may end up incriminating her in the process if she states she lied to “protect her.”

Regardless, things don’t look good for the nurse, but there’s a good chance that Drew will throw Michael under the bus to save her.

Over the Q mansion, Ronnie is shown, seemingly frustrated in the Quartermaine living room, as a smug-looking Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) is staring her down.

Tracy can be heard stating that she believes “that woman” is hiding something.

As the GH preview progresses, Brook Lynn Quartermaine-Chase (Amanda Setton) looks over at her grandmother, with a shocked look, as Ronnie, who’s lost her composure, freaks out and screams at Tracy to, “get out!”

Ronnie has played the part of this sweet, older woman, who carries herself in a demure manner, since she’s arrived in Port Charles; however, that will be thrown out the window this week.

The two women will have a confrontation, where Tracy blurts something out, so will her statement strike a nerve when she accuses Ronnie of something specific?

As the video wraps up, the final scene is of Valentin at Steinmauer.

Valentin sits down at a table for a visitation, and a woman, who looks a lot like Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is shown from behind – but her face is not revealed.

Valentin can be heard from the voiceover as he states, “I did not expect to see you.”

Valentin requested to see Anna last week, so it’s highly unlikely that he’d be caught off guard if she came to see him this week, so is the woman Anna, or someone else?

General Hospital spoilers remind fans that these previews love to swerve fans, so it’s very possible that Anna visits Valentin, but he also gets another unexpected visitor, so only time will tell.
