General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that a paternity results tampering twist could be brewing. Is that how Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will get his revenge on Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) in the end?

Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is trying to keep a lid on her pregnancy for the time being, but it’s already leaked to a few people – including Curtis.

Of course, Curtis doesn’t know about Portia hitting the sheets with Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson), so he hasn’t even considered the possibility that there could be another father candidate out there.

However, Portia may not be able to keep that news quiet for much longer.

If Portia is forced to spill where she really was the night of Drew’s shooting, it will come out that she was in Isaiah’s bed.

Regardless, Portia will eventually need to have a paternity test done.

That could set the stage for some trouble if Drew gets updates on the situation and perhaps uses it to make Curtis suffer.

In GH’s November 26 episode, Drew acknowledged that although he believes Curtis shot him, he wants Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) to land in prison for it.

As for Curtis, Drew hinted about finding another way to make him pay.

Curtis is already excited about the idea of being a dad again, especially since he can be there from the very beginning.

Although Curtis adores Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), he missed out on her childhood and all the milestones that come with raising a kid.

Curtis expects things to be different this time around, so it’ll be a crushing blow if the DNA results don’t turn out in his favor.

Drew might decide to make certain of that and rob Curtis of his child as a punishment.

That definitely sounds like something Drew would do as a twisted revenge strategy.

Drew might order some paternity test results manipulation and ensure this baby appears to belong to Isaiah, even if Curtis is the true bio dad.
