General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Delilah (Lily Cardone) may give Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton)

the most wonderful gift possible, even if she’s not around to see it happen. Brook Lynn and Chase came to Delilah’s rescue, so they’re obviously very intertwined with her storyline.

There’s a good reason for that now that Chase and Brook Lynn are officially ready to adopt a child.

Delilah is seven months pregnant, but she’s gearing up for an emergency C-section since she’s in medical distress.

Now that Delilah has internal bleeding complications, the situation is quite dire.

Although Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will try her best to save Delilah and her little one in the March 4 episode, it may be too late for Delilah.

There’s a good chance Delilah will face a grim fate and leave behind a premature baby.

Of course, there’s no confirmation on the baby’s bio dad yet, but he may be a villainous character who has no business raising this child.

It’s clear that Delilah’s been spooked and facing some trouble, so that might be connected to the baby’s father.

Whatever the case, it seems likely that Chase and Brook Lynn will be able to adopt Delilah’s infant in the end.

It makes sense that Delilah might have a baby girl since Brook Lynn and Chase could name her “Lila” for a couple of important reasons.

The first would obviously be a way to honor Delilah’s memory since “Lila” can be a shortened version of that name.

The other reason would be to name the baby after Brook Lynn’s great-grandmother, Lila Quartermaine (Anna Lee).

Although Lila was also supposed to be the name of Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) stillborn daughter, the name can still be used now as another tribute to Lila Q as well as Delilah.

It may be a long and winding adoption process for Chase and Brook Lynn, but it certainly feels like the show’s trying to give them a brand-new daughter to raise!
