Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Wednesday, January 28, reveal that Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) will trick Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman)

while Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) spills some troubling news. A stalker trap will also go wrong, so here’s what DOOL viewers will see next.

For starters, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will divulge more details when it comes to his plan to take down Stephanie Johnson’s (Abigail Klein) stalker.

Although Steve will be eager to finally stop all this madness for Stephanie and Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson), there’ll be a big problem.

The stalker sent the picture frame that Alex and Stephanie believe came from EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), so they have no idea that it’s bugged.

Days spoilers say the stalker will listen in on Steve, Stephanie, Alex and Jada Hunter’s (Elia Cantu) upcoming strategy session, so he’ll be way ahead of the game as a result.

While Steve sets a trap that’s destined to go wrong, Johnny will head to the pub and catch up with Kate as well as Roman Brady (Josh Taylor).

Days spoilers say Johnny will offer up some new pics of Trey DiMera (Joseph Ihlenf and Jordan Perdue), so Roman and Kate will marvel over how fast he’s growing.

Now that Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens) knows her pregnancy is moving along just fine and is ready to tell people, Johnny may fill Kate and Roman in on that, too.

Afterward, Johnny will pick Kate’s brain about the manuscript situation since he’s interested in scooping up Bonnie Kiriakis’ (Judi Evans) book for DiMera Enterprises’ publishing division.

Of course, Johnny doesn’t know that Kate and Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) are setting him up for a huge fall.

Kate will continue to dupe Johnny on Wednesday’s DOOL episode, so she may keep telling herself this is just business – even if the legal issues ahead are bound to hurt Johnny.

Over with Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans), they’ll have a little celebration for two.

Days spoilers say Kayla and Marlena will mark some milestones as they acknowledge the past while looking to the future.

Other Days spoilers say Rafe will pass along some updates now that Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) has uncovered a shocker.

Cat was able to tie Peter Blake’s (Dan Gauthier) account to another account in Salem – namely Liam Selejko’s (Hank Northrop).

Abe Carver (James Reynolds) just got through telling Liam how proud he was of him, but he’ll have to rethink that soon enough.

Rafe will point the finger at Liam for his part in kidnapping Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) and the others, so Abe will be stunned when Rafe delivers the latest accomplice developments.
