BREAKING NEWS: Days of Our Lives Spoilers for the Week of 3-16-26 Promise Violence Everywhere, But At Least Stephanie Is Finally Safe
Salem is about to become even more violent.Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of 3-16-26 promise that several characters will be in serious danger from goons wandering Salem and Alamania.
However, Stephanie will finally be rescued, so there’s that, and by some miracle, Alex will apologize to Jeremy.
Stephanie’s Story Sounds Like It’ll Get The Best Ending Possible
I wasn’t expecting much after Alex walked in on Jeremy cuddling Stephanie to try to keep her warm on Friday.
Once in a while, though, Days of Our Lives surprises me.
According to Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of 3-16-26, Alex will apologize to Jeremy, so any misunderstanding will actually be short-lived.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Alex starts yelling and throwing accusations around and somehow Jeremy yelling back gets through to him.
Of course, there is no guarantee that Jeremy will forgive Alex any time soon.
Everything that happened was traumatic, and not just the kidnapping.
Jeremy was going to leave town in the first place because everyone was treating him as guilty until proven innocent, and he felt like he couldn’t live in peace in Salem, no matter how hard he worked on himself.
We love TV so much that we can’t help doing deep dives on even the most unserious shows.

And if that wasn’t painful enough, he ended up tied to a chair and threatened with death repeatedly, partially because Stephanie couldn’t even trust him enough to let him rescue her.
So if anyone has a reason to hold a grudge, it’s Jeremy. In the end, not even Julie believed in him enough.
Jeremy Only Has a Month To Go, But Will He End Up With Stephanie?
Jeremy is slated to leave Days of Our Lives at the end of April, and the timing is suspicious.
As I’ve mentioned in previous Days of Our Lives spoilers, Jeremy leaves just after Joy returns.
Joy was last seen keeping it to herself that she was pregnant with Alex’s baby. She took off to have the baby in secret.
So the most logical thing is that Jeremy and Stephanie go off into the sunset together, leaving Alex free to deal with Joy on his own.
Of course, that would be less dramatic than Alex being forced to choose between his wife and the mother of his child, but I guess we’ll find out which way this is going soon enough.
In the meantime, Stephanie reunites with Kayla at the hospital on Days of Our Lives during the week of 3-16-26.
Kayla kept saying she wanted to be the first person Stephanie sees when she’s rescued, and that she was staying at the hospital to make it happen, so let’s hope she gets her wish.
Are you glad that Stephanie’s kidnapping is finally over?

Meanwhile, I’m not entirely sure what happens to Owen.
Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of 3-16-26 don’t mention him beyond Brady questioning him, and we left off with Steve grabbing him from behind.
Hopefully, he’s arrested and carted back to jail — and this time he stays there.
Days of Our Lives Spoilers for the Week of 3-16-26 Promise EJ Will Get Arrested!
Rafe falsely connects Owen and EJ because EJ hired him the first time around.
Additionally, Rafe assumes the kidnapping and the pod experiment are connected. It’s true enough that Owen was supposed to watch the pod, but that’s the only relationship between these two crimes.
I’m also curious about what happens to Lexie.
Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of 3-16-26 indicate that Paulina lies to Abe, so this story is likely ongoing despite EJ’s arrest and all the rest.
Nikki Crawford is supposed to appear as Lexie for five months, so there is more to this story, and somehow I doubt that Lexie will lie in a comatose state for five months before EJ and Rolf throw in the towel on resurrecting her.
Several Other People Are In Danger For No Good Reason
It’s unsurprising that Vivian’s goon makes a move toward hurting Liam since he’s been attempting to do so for the last week.
However, somehow this situation ends up with Shawn getting shot after the goon ignores JJ’s orders to stop moving.
This violence is not only unnecessary, but will likely have psychological consequences that I could do without.
JJ never fully got over accidentally shooting Theo, and this new incident will happen immediately after they finally renew their friendship.
The only thing more annoying than how much this new shooting will likely set JJ back is that he hasn’t been on screen for weeks and returns just in time for this overly violent story.
Additionally, Shawn spent the better part of the last several years blaming himself for Bo’s coma after he shot his father, so I don’t want any story where Shawn believes getting shot is his karma.
Shawn is supposed to press JJ for answers, so this is a good sign that he’s not in self-blame mode, but I don’t trust this setup.
Elsewhere, Leo and Dmitri also find themselves in danger.
This can go one of two ways. Either it brings them closer together when one or both of them almost die (yuck!) or it makes Leo even more determined to make things right with Javi.
Let’s hope it’s the latter.
Then, at least this seemingly pointless storyline would have a deeper reason than violence for its own sake.
