General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next three weeks, October 20 to November 7, hint that there may be some Halloween horror as well as Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard)

shocking discovery and Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) emergency meeting. The week of October 20-24 will send Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) and Veronica “Ronnie” Bard’s (Erika Slezak)

feud soaring to new heights after Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) tea party brings another quarrel.

Plus, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) arraignment won’t go according to plan.

Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will be desperate to clear Willow’s name and may end up bargaining with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) to be her attorney.

Since Drew has the power to make those restraining orders go away and grant Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante) access, Alexis might strike a deal to become Willow’s newest lawyer.

Brennan will also summon Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) for what will presumably be an emergency meeting.

After Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) puts him on full blast, Brennan may have a hunch that she knows about Josslyn being in the WSB.

Carly may cover by acting like this is just residual anger from all the S. Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) conflict, but Brennan might know better and warn Josslyn.

Josslyn could easily blame Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) for blabbing – only to later find out it was Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) who broke his promise instead!

At Steinmauer, someone intriguing will stop by to see Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).

An alliance is coming up that could give Valentin his ticket to being a free man and the ability to go after revenge on Brennan.

As for Chase, he’ll discover something that shocks him. Will Chase see a more unsettling side of Willow or will this involve how low Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) is willing to sink?

Whatever the case, Michael will indeed play even dirtier while Drew considers teaming up with someone new in the fight against his enemies.

During the week of October 27-31, Willow and Michael’s conflict is sure to bring some new twists and turns.

Carly may also still have vengeance on her mind when it comes to Brennan and the betrayal heartbreak he forced her to face.

As for Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos), they may finally lock lips and get the ball rolling on their romance.

However, the fact that Cody’s keeping secrets about Ric Lansing’s (Rick Hearst) true ordeal and his trio of captors could spell trouble.

Next, there may be some Halloween horror! The spooky holiday is just around the corner, so some tricks and treats could be looming in Port Charles.

If anyone out there wants to make a second attempt on Drew’s life, this might be a good time for it to happen.

Of course, we should note that recent preemptions pushed some episodes back, so that could delay any Halloween shockers that might happen until the week of November 3-7.

As for Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), she’ll dig deeper into the mystery of Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) final project and how his children fit into it.

Anna will want more answers regarding Britt and especially Nathan West (Ryan Paevey), but uncovering the truth could put her in grave danger.
