Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Wednesday, November 5, reveal that Tesoro (Joseph Ihlenf and Jordan Perdue) will get a name change while Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart)

and Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) say a tough goodbye. EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will also extend an olive branch, so here’s what DOOL fans can look forward to.

As Tesoro’s official adoption day gets underway, Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens) will have a lot to celebrate.

EJ will deliver some congratulatory words to Chanel and Johnny, so he’ll hope to ease the tension.

Although Johnny and Chanel may thank EJ for what he said to sway Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielson), they’ll also expect him to keep his promise to stay away from his new grandson.

It’ll break EJ’s heart knowing he’ll ever have any contact with Tesoro, but there’s a good chance that’ll change down the road.

Until then, something else will change instead. Of course, we’re talking about Tesoro’s name since it’s time for him to get a permanent one!

Days spoilers say Johnny and Chanel will give Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) updates on the name they’ve selected.

Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) will find out about this name choice as well, so she’ll be excited over the big news.

Chanel and Johnny will agree to call the baby “Trey” as a nickname for John III, so Marlena will be tickled pink over this way to remember John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and keep his legacy alive.

Marlena and Paulina will also have a little bonding session in Wednesday’s Days episode, so they’ll take a moment to think back on the past and look to the future, too.

Although Johnny and Chanel will be elated over making Trey part of their family, saying goodbye to Tesoro will be tough for Leo, Javi, Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez), Arianna “Ari” Hernandez (Marissa Reyes) and Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering).

Javi and Leo have mostly been the ones taking care of Tesoro, so the loss will hit them the hardest.

Days spoilers say Leo and Javi will definitely have to lean on each other to get through this painful farewell.

Gabi will also poke a little fun at Ari to lighten the mood, so that may involve a love life quiz or some other path to motherly embarrassment.
