General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that there could be a two-shooter twist brewing. Did a sneaky duo target Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) that night?

Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) just got arrested for Drew’s attempted murder – and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) was arrested for conspiracy to commit murder as well.

Despite Nina’s attempt to give Willow an alibi, that crumbled when security footage proved Nina was at her apartment building alone.

It’s clear that Nina didn’t pull the trigger on Drew, but did Willow?

Although Willow’s going to point the finger at Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) for framing her with the evidence at Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) place, there’s a chance she’s actually guilty.

However, it’s also possible someone else entirely went after Drew and turned his house into a crime scene.

In fact, two shooters could potentially have been involved since Drew was shot twice with a delay between shots.

Perhaps one assailant fired the first shot and handed over the gun to a second shooter.

It could’ve been a way for both culprits to have dirt on each other and make a joint commitment to this criminal act.

Of course, neither shooter did a very good job if that’s the case since they left Drew alive!

However, Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) pointed out that Scout Cain’s (Cosette Abinante) phone call may have saved Drew’s life by scaring off the perpetrator – or the two perps if this double shooter theory pans out.

Even if Willow turns out to be guilty in the end, she could’ve been working with someone else.

Nina is innocent, but Drew had other enemies who might’ve been willing to team up with Willow that stormy night.

On the other hand, it could be another sneaky duo instead.

Drew had a long list of foes capable of taking drastic action, so it’ll be interesting to see who actually pumped those bullets.
