General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of March 2-6 hint at some explosive moments ahead as Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) might be pregnant,

while Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Sutton) stumbles across a body. Plus, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) tells Maxie Jones (Kristen Storms)

about her budding romance with Nathan West (Ryan Paevey). The ABC soap just released its promo for this coming week, and fans need to brace for some major bombshells.

The General Hospital preview opens with a scene between Lulu and Maxie at the Deception offices.

Lulu can be heard in the voiceover stating, “I need to tell my best friend the truth.”

Lulu looks super stressed as Maxie seems clueless regarding what her bestie is about to tell her.

Will Lulu reveal that she and Nathan have feelings for each other, or will the two ladies be interrupted before anything can be said?

As the promo continues, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is shown telling Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) that, “You’re in way over your head, Cullum is the enemy,” as a close-up of WBS Head Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) is shown.

Still, these GH promos tend to swerve fans, so is she really telling Brennan this, or could she be warning Lucas Jones (Van Hansis)?

Meanwhile, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is snooping outside a Metro Court hallway with a gun.

The young woman opens a door to a hotel room as she yells, “Freeze!”

Joss gasps and has a shocked look on her face when she does this. Who will she find inside the room?

Next, Brook Lynn can be heard saying, “Is that a body?” The woman sounds terrified, but her face – or the body she discovers – is not shown.

Then, an unknown woman’s voice states, “She’s not breathing,” as a mirage of clips fly across the screen, which include a seemingly romantic moment between Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) as they gaze into each other’s eyes.

Next, a not-so-lovingly Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is propped up in some sort of official government room with the American flag in the background.

He’s in his wheelchair and is dressed to impress in a suit, as he hatefully glares at Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen).

Elsewhere, something shocks Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), as she seems to be in her home.

Her mouth is wide open, as the next clip shows a very concerned Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) at the hospital.

Something has almost stopped Felicia in her tracks, so what could this be about?

Up next in the General Hospital preview, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) looks shocked and worried as he talks to Josslyn, while Nathan is also shown at the hospital, completely caught off guard by something that someone has told him.

The very last clip of the preview is a woman holding a pregnancy test, and it looks like the woman is Jordan, even though her face is not shown.

General Hospital spoilers suggest that Jordan expecting Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) baby would complicate a lot of things, considering his ex-wife, Portia Robinson, is pregnant right now, too – so it looks like the proverbial poop is about to hit the fan in the CEO’s personal life.
