General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, October 22, reveal that Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) will face a WSB interrogation while Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)

gets an unexpected arrival on his doorstep. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will also slam Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) over lack of proof, so the action’s about to heat up on the ABC soap.

For starters, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) will show up at Sonny’s place and ask if he’s going to invite her in or tell her to kick rocks.

Sonny will let Lois come inside, so they’ll have a conversation about Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) soon.

In the meantime, Brook Lynn will take Veronica “Ronnie” Bard (Erika Slezak) out for a meal at Bobbie’s to apologize for that whole tea party debacle.

That’ll give Gio a chance to seek updates on what happened, but Ronnie will make it clear that she gave as good as she got when it came to Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot).

Next, Tracy will rush to her own defense during a tense conversation with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening).

Lulu may think Tracy’s being paranoid or overreacting when it comes to Ronnie, but Tracy will insist “that woman is hiding something.”

Since Gio will do some scheming with Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) later, we’ll see if that involves helping with the latest Quartermaine drama or their plans regarding Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddard).

After Anna summons Britt for a discussion, it looks like she’ll connect Britt to Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) final project and push for answers about it.

Britt will wonder if Anna has evidence to make that connection and will keep dodging questions as usual.

Anna may also quiz Britt about Nathan’s return and what she might be hiding about it, but Britt obviously won’t be very forthcoming.

In Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) office, he’ll bring Nathan in for some WSB questioning.

It appears Brennan may show Nathan some pre-crash footage and try to nail down what Nathan was up to before his truck accident.

Brennan will seemingly suggest that if Nathan was involved in Faison’s last project, then now would be the time to tell him.

However, Nathan will maintain that he genuinely has no memory of the last seven years of his life and can’t imagine that he’d be caught up in anything related to Faison.

Britt is indeed keeping secrets that relate to how Nathan’s caught up in all this, so those will continue to unravel in the coming episodes.

Until then, GH spoilers say Brennan will have a meeting with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) while Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) takes a meeting of his own at Steinmauer.

The last person Valentin expected to see will sit down in the visiting area with him, so it seems Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will put that fake identity she just ordered to good use.

Carly wants revenge on Brennan and will have a hunch that Valentin still wants the same thing, so she’ll apparently put on a wig and pitch an alliance.
