Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Friday, March 27, reveal that Rachel Black (Lorelei Olivia Mote) has some bad news headed her way.

Once Rachel is spinning out, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) will think it’s all Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) fault!

Although Judge Dabney (Karole Foreman) agreed that Rachel should face no criminal charges, she was concerned over Rachel’s Bayview file.

The part about Rachel being discharged against medical advice was particularly troubling.

Marlena didn’t help matters since she testified about believing Rachel still belonged at Bayview.

Judge Dabney ultimately ruled that Rachel would be remanded to the psychiatric facility for further treatment, so Rachel’s going to flip out over her decision.

Rachel was miserable at Bayview, so the thought of going back there will be crushing.

Since Rachel will be such an emotional wreck, Days spoilers say Kristen will fume and hold Marlena responsible.

Marlena recently flashed back to Rachel pinching her on St. Patrick’s Day and then recalled the situation with the swapped pills since she thinks Rachel must’ve duped Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis).

The pinch honestly seemed like a silly prank while the pill switch isn’t even something Rachel did.

Marlena doesn’t know it yet, but Rachel is getting blamed for a plot that Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) orchestrated.

Marlena may face some guilt once the truth comes out about Sophia swapping her antipsychotic meds for Holly’s vitamins and then using Rachel to hand over the “gift.”

Rachel has been doing better, but could this Bayview return actually cause a mental health setback instead?

Since Rachel will be so upset, she may struggle to cope and shut down instead of progressing like she should.

Next, Days spoilers say Judge Dabney will oversee the finalization of Trey DiMera’s (Joseph Ihlenf and Jordan Perdue) adoption.

The hearing will get underway as Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens) hope for a positive outcome.

Of course, Chanel and Johnny won’t expect Sophia to come barging in the meeting soon enough.

Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) will set the stage for Sophia to stand against Chanel and Johnny raising her child.

Sophia will want another couple to take over Trey’s care instead, but Days spoilers say EJ will make a positive move to help someone on Friday’s DOOL episode.

Will EJ put in a good word for Johnny and Chanel while taking responsibility for Sophia’s issues with the couple?

Whatever the case, Days of Our Lives spoilers say this hearing will come with some curveballs!
