Newest Update!! Coronation Street spoilers for this week as evil Megan Walsh’s pregnancy stuns the Driscolls

The fallout from Megan Walsh’s arrest continues on Coronation Street this week. The ITV soap has seen the abusive Megan (played by Beth Nixon) finally caught out and arrested, t

hanks to a brave Sam Blakeman (Jude Riordan) and encouragement from his step-mother Leanne Battersby (Jane Danson) and her sisters Toyah Habeeb (Georgia Taylor) and Eva Price (Catherine Tyldesley).

However, Megan’s victim, Will Driscoll (Lucas Hodgson-Wale), remains in love with her and can’t see past her manipulations, even as his family try to convince him otherwise.

In Monday’s episode (23 March 2026), Will’s dad, Ben Driscoll (Aaron McCusker), calls a family meeting to discuss Megan’s pregnancy and her refusal to do a DNA test, as it would prove her abuse of Will.

However, the meeting grows chaotic as Will continues to defend Megan, even to his furious grandmother, Maggie Driscoll (Pauline McGlynn).

Ben Driscoll (Aaron McCusker) is worried about his son Will (Lucas Hodgson-Wale).

As the week continues, Ben tries to get Will to see a counsellor and, hopefully, open up about his experience with Megan.

The dire lack of evidence against Megan grows worse as Ben and his partner Eva are horrified to learn that the police have found no evidence on Megan and Will’s phones that suggests abuse.

Will’s week grows more troubled as he insists on returning to school but becomes a laughing stock over the stories about him and Megan.

As Ben struggles emotionally and feels he has let Will down, pals Steve McDonald (Simon Gregson) and Tim Metcalfe (Joe Duttine) prove to be some steadfast support for the troubled pub landlord.

Of course, we know already that Steve is actually Ben’s half-brother, but that’s a secret yet to be exposed…

Meanwhile, Sam’s troubles continue as he is suspicious when he gets an apology and support from teacher Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard), who has now broken off his romance with Megan.

Sam’s pal Hope Stape (Isabella Flanagan) only fuels Sam’s paranoia by suggesting Daniel is still secretly Megan’s ally – prompting Sam to later bin his phone as he grows paranoid that Daniel has bugged him.

Will Sam ever get back to normal? And will Megan ever face justice?

Either way, it seems Megan is in danger in the coming weeks if that recent flash-forward episode is anything to go by…
