General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Marco Rios’s (Adrian Anchondo) days in Port Charles are clearly coming to an end, so could he leave a “C” clue on the legal documentation

he was working on, pointing to his murderer? Let’s rewind a bit and talk about this interesting plot twist. During the Friday, March 20 episode, fans saw Marco working away at the firm,

just as WSB Director Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) was creepily entering the office with a knife behind his back.

Cullum had quickly deduced this past week that Marco was on the cusp of betraying him and Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) after he caught him searching for Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) Huntington’s disease medication in the safe at Wyndemere.

After questioning Pascal (Marc Forget) the wheels began turning for Cullum, and fans knew it would only be a matter of time before the WSB head struck back.

With that said, Cullum was not wrong, nor jumping to conclusions.

Marco was in cahoots with Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) to help #FreeBritt from the coercion that was taking place as two men were dangling the drugs to ensure she concluded their cold fusion project.

Marco believed that even if he got caught helping Lucas and Britt, being the son of Sidwell would be protection enough; however, he was dead wrong (pardon the pun).

General Hospital spoilers for the Tuesday, March 24 episode note that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will make a gruesome discovery.

It’s not hard to speculate that Cullum will successfully complete the mission of offing Marco for his betrayal.

With that said, earlier on during the March 20 show, Alexis was leaving for Danny Morgan’s (Asher Antonyzyn) basketball game and ran into Marco, who was focused on finishing up some work for the day.

Alexis gave Marco some strict instructions to give her some handwritten notes after he reviewed a legal file.

This seemed insignificant at the time, but could it become something more?

Could Marco leave a bloodied note, as he’s being slashed, pointing to Cullum as his murderer?

He may have a pen in his hand when Cullum does the deed, and potentially, in Marco’s final moments, he may write the WSB Director’s last name, or simply the letter “C” in hopes that someone will come to the right conclusion about who was behind his passing.

Of course Marco could write the “C” in own blood!

Regardless, General Hospital spoilers note that, unfortunately for fans of Marco, it looks like his story is done on canvas, but this is sure to unleash a new chapter for Lucas as the good doctor grieves the loss of his partner and possibly begins to reel with guilt over something he may feel responsible for.
