General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, March 19, indicate that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will take a jab at Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) involving honesty.

Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) will also face surprising news while Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) puts Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) through an interrogation. After Josslyn spots Britt

with packed suitcases, she’ll quiz her about whether she’s taking a trip. Britt might make up some excuse about joining Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) at her medical conference in New Zealand or something along those lines.

Of course, Britt is actually planning on joining Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), who’s made the arrangements for them to flee to Canada.

There are just a couple issues left to take care of first – like getting Britt’s medication dose and eliminating Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes).

While Jason examines his weapon and prepares to go after Cullum, Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) will get a promise from his father.

Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) will let Marco know that he hasn’t forgotten about making sure Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) faces a grim fate.

In the meantime, Marco will take another gamble, so he may hope the third time’s the charm when it comes to getting Britt’s medicine.

However, Cullum is onto Marco now that he’s compared notes with Pascal (Marc Forget), so danger may be on the verge of erupting.

At the Port Charles Grill, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) will get into an argument with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), so this may be about Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Jason’s guardian decision.

Now that Jason has picked Alexis, Tracy may complain and push for some changes.

At GH, Ava Jerome (Maura West) will feel like Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) is falling into a trap.

Will Ava have a bad feeling about the dinner party that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) has been helping Sidwell plan?

Speaking of Carly, she’ll have a serious discussion with Brennan in her kitchen. Brennan may sense that Carly’s upset and wonder what’s bothering her.

Carly may bring up her recent fight with Josslyn while leaving out most of the details.

Perhaps Carly could act like Josslyn’s disdain for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is the problem and get Brennan’s comfort.

In reality, there are more reasons for Carly and Josslyn’s hostility.

Josslyn is also furious over Carly harboring fugitive Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) while Carly’s upset about Josslyn’s dangerous WSB status.

Nevertheless, Carly may keep a lid on those parts of the story and focus on the Sonny angle.

Brennan may assume it was hard for Carly to hear Josslyn say such hurtful things about her ex and poor judgment.

Carly will suggest that you have to risk being honest when you love someone, so that’ll be a dig at Brennan considering all his deception!

Finally, Nathan will face a curveball along with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening), so their bedroom passion may be derailed by a surprise arrival or phone call.
