General Hospital (GH) spoilers state that Delilah (Lily Cardone) mysteriously appeared on Tuesday, March 3 episode – pregnant at that – so could Nathan West (Ryan Paevey)

were taking. BLQ spotted the body right away, and the two acted fast to help the woman.

Delilah didn’t want to go to the hospital at first, but both Chase and Brook Lynn saw the condition she was in and insisted.

The two took the expectant mother to GH right away, and it’s a good thing, as an emergency C-section was needed, stat, to save both her and her baby.

Delilah kept insisting that she couldn’t have contractions as she was only seven months pregnant.

The baby shouldn’t want or need to come out sooner, but who knows how or why Delilah landed near that park bench.

While she could’ve slipped and toppled over by accident, it does look like something suspicious happened.

But who would’ve struck and hit/pushed the woman over?

It’s important to note that, much like Delilah, Nathan arrived back on the Port Charles scene wrapped in mystery.

His return took place seven months ago, as well. Could he be the father of the woman’s baby?

Nathan claims that he doesn’t remember anything that occurred during the past seven years while he was gone.

Whether this is true or a lie is hard to tell, as Nathan has been acting odd.

He doesn’t seem to have any feelings for Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), which seems crazy because if his last memories were of her and their love, then wouldn’t he be a little more devastated by her rejection?

Plus, Nathan seems adamant to pursue a romance with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening).

With that said, he recently had a slip-up about his father and how he was raised during the Port Charles blizzard storm, something Lulu picked up on, but Nathan was able to fluff off.

It’s also hard to ignore that Nathan has been fumbling here and there with his duties as a PCPD officer, which has also been chalked up to “rustiness” where protocol is concerned.

Nathan might not be Nathan, or at the very least brainwashed, so it’s hard to say.

Still, without knowing what he’s truly been up to since he’s been gone, fans shouldn’t rule out that Delilah and “Nathan” were involved before his explosive return to PC.

Did she locate him and head to the little town to tell him about the baby, or had she been stashed somewhere all along, where he secretly visited her?

The seven-month timeline of Delilah’s pregnancy and Nathan’s return is hard to ignore. Her wrist tattoo may also offer clues that link her to Nathan.

General Hospital spoilers hint that Brook Lynn and Chase may end up adopting Delilah’s baby, but that doesn’t mean this storyline ends with a happy ending, as there’s sure to be more question marks and unknowns that pop up along the way.
