Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers hint that Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) may not be fully prepared for the consequences of her actions. Now that Sophia

is messing with Holly Jonas’ (Ashley Puzemis) head and emotions, she could be sending her former BFF down an extremely dangerous path.

Days viewers know Sophia is swapping her own antipsychotic meds for the pills in Holly’s skin supplement bottle.

Sophia has even arranged to put a fresh bottle in Holly’s hands thanks to her mom’s care package and some Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) manipulation.

It sounds like Holly will continue taking Sophia’s meds, so her out-of-character behavior will continue, too.

Holly’s going to have more outbursts and push away the people who love her most.

Now that Holly isn’t feeling like her usual bubbly self, some old resentment has been resurfacing over what happened between Sophia and Tate Black (Leo Howard).

Sophia may become Holly’s target once she inevitably breaks out of Bayview again.

That’s especially true if Holly discovers Sophia’s been drugging her and that she’s the reason for Holly’s derailed life.

Holly and Tate might end up taking a break from their romance by then, which could add to Holly’s fury.

What if Holly finds out the truth while she’s still under the influence of Sophia’s antipsychotics, which have been messing with her mind?

It’s easy to imagine a major Days showdown erupting and putting Sophia’s life on the line.

It’d be quite the twist if Sophia essentially created a monster through this drug switch situation and paid for that with her life.

Holly might totally lose it on Sophia and could potentially cause her former bestie’s grim fate.

Then again, Days could always take the coma route and have Sophia land in one of those instead.

Holly could still blow her top and kick off an unhinged attack on Sophia, who may land in more danger than ever.

Bottom line, Sophia thinks she’s in charge here, but she may have underestimated just how far Holly would go off the rails.

Could Sophia be in danger once she steps outside Bayview’s protected walls?

DOOL fans can indeed expect Sophia’s escape or release in the not-too-distant future, so she may face off with Holly and fear the worst!
