General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Acting District Attorney, Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) is playing a very dangerous game with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard),

and things are about to get far more complicated during the week of February 23-27. General Hospital’s promo video for this week shows the lawyer and

the mob boss on the cusp of a lip lock, so as Justine gets closer to Sonny, things will only get messier.In fact, in the preview, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) c

an be heard in a voiceover during Justine and Sonny’s clip, saying, “Sonny may care about you, as long as you don’t get in his way.” Truer words have never been spoken!

Still, Justine is getting closer to Sonny, but is she developing genuine feelings for him?

Sparks fly everywhere whenever these two interact.

Sonny is definitely attracted to the ADA; however, it’s hard for GH fans to gauge whether she’s into him too or just bonding with him to get intel to bring him down.

Justine seems focused on being the person to send Sonny to prison, but she’s also seen a softer side to the criminal, so she’s fluffed off the hazards of spending time with him.

What Justine doesn’t realize is that while Sonny is a pillar of the community, a philanthropist, and a mob boss with a heart of gold, he’s also got a nasty side when it comes to anyone double-crossing him.

After all, years ago, he shot Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) when he realized he was a mole that was trying to infiltrate his organization to get the goods on him to send him to prison.

In more recent years, Sonny shot FBI agent John “Jagger” Cates (Adam J. Harrington), point-blank in the shot, offing him (and not going to jail in the process) for crossing a line with his family.

Plus, when Sonny realized Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) was a traitor, he tore into him and beat him to an inch of his life.

If Sonny finds out he’s being used, it’s hard to say exactly how he would handle Justine.

Sure, he makes a mean pizza and pasta sauce to kill for, but he’s not all smiles and dimples when it comes to his enemies.

Sonny is very much a hero in the land of Port Charles, and someone who is fiercely protective of his family, but when crossed, even in his latter years, he is a force to be reckoned with.

Does Justine realize the dire situation she’s placed herself in by circling Sonny’s orbit? With that said, she might be genuinely falling in love, too.

This does seem like a situation where Justine might be looking to bring down Sonny, but refrain from pressing the button when all is said and done because she’s fallen for him.

General Hospital spoilers imply that both Sonny and Justine are playing with fire, as he, too, understands that she’s linked to the law, but spends time with her, anyway!
