to take center stage, so let’s discuss which characters will stir up trouble.

1) Holly retaliates over Sophia pill switch

Now that Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) has swapped Holly Jonas’ (Ashley Puzemis) pills, she’s going to blow up Holly’s life big time.

Holly’s sorority rush plans will be upended, but she also runs the risk of getting kicked out of Salem U.

It all depends on how wild Holly’s behavior gets while she’s on whatever pills Sophia switched for her supplement.

Regardless, Holly will go off the rails, so she’s bound to figure out what Sopha did eventually and retaliate!

2) Dimitri targets Gwen over arrest drama

As for Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte), he’ll be even more eager to see Gwen von Leuschner’s (Emily O’Brien) downfall following his latest arrest.

Days spoilers say Dimitri will make it his mission to make Gwen pay since she worked with Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel) to frame him.

Gwen may have the upper hand for now, but Dimitri perhaps isn’t someone to be underestimated.

3) Kristen & Rafe work together on EJ’s comeuppance

Since Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) keeps pestering Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) to help with her EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) revenge plot, it looks like Days will let them become vengeful payback partners.

Rafe is holding a grudge over his last doppelganger swap and everything else EJ’s done to people he cares about over the years.

Kristen wants EJ to pay for all the Peter Blake (Dan Gauthier) and Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) trouble, so she has vengeful motives, too.

It may not be long until Rafe and Kristen coordinate on some bold moves that EJ won’t see coming!

4) EJ wants Cat to pay for trap and ISA deception

Of course, Days fans can’t forget about Cat Greene’s (AnnaLynne McCord) own efforts to take EJ down since she’s Rafe’s work partner.

Cat is secretly part of a joint ISA-FBI mission, but EJ is clearly starting to develop feelings for her.

Although Cat is developing some feelings of her own, she’s still deceiving EJ and digging around for now.

Cat may have to pay the price for her trap and ISA deception down the road, so stay tuned for updates on EJ’s discovery and furious reaction.

5) Philip’s vengeful fury explodes over Gabi’s secret

Finally, Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) will unleash his wrath once he realizes Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) bugged Xander Kiriakis’ (Paul Telfer) office and helped make sure the Titan-DiMera merger crumbled.

Now Titan is struggling to survive and could cost the Kiriakis clan everything, so Philip won’t be pleased over Gabi’s cover-up.

Philip will feel duped in more ways than one since he’s fallen hard for Gabi, so you can bet he’ll want Gabi to face a good dose of revenge.
