General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) could test the planted key and overhear Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen)

taunting Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). Does Willow have a close call on the way? GH fans know Willow slipped an extra key to Drew’s place

on Michael’s keyring in hopes of making him look guilty. Michael now looks like he had access to Drew’s place the night of the shooting – or at least he will once Chase confirms his theory.

Chase found Michael’s keychain in the February 5 episode and seemed like he had a lightbulb moment.

It looks like this will lead to Chase testing out that key at Drew’s house to see if Michael indeed has one that grants him entrance.

Sure enough, that key’s going to work since it’s the one Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) took back from Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot).

Chase will surely view this as more evidence that Michael isn’t as innocent as he wants everyone to believe.

However, Willow’s plan could hit a little snag since she’s been openly gloating to Drew about shooting him and forcing him to finally listen to her.

What if Chase walks in on Willow saying something that isn’t meant for his ears?

Chase may not hear a shooter confession, but he could still hear something vaguely incriminating.

Willow could at least say something that tells Chase she’s not the distraught, devoted wife she appears to be.

Of course, Willow is a pro at cover-ups at this point, so she might scramble to explain.

Chase may be too deep in his “must defend Willow” era to think too badly of her just yet.

If Chase hears Willow being rather harsh with Drew, he might admit that he gets it.

Chase might even be glad to know Willow isn’t under Drew’s spell anymore and act like she’s noble for caring for Drew despite her eyes being opened.

In other words, Chase may overhear just enough to have questions, but Willow may explain away the incident.

Between that and Chase’s tendency to always think the best of his ex, he may brush past whatever he might eavesdrop on for now.

As for the key situation, Chase may give Willow updates on his discovery and leave her hopeful that her plan’s going to pay off.

Chase may have to put the keyring back so he’s not accused of evidence tampering or overstepping again, but he could find some way to point Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) to the keyring instead.

Whatever the case, General Hospital spoilers say some arrest drama could be brewing for Michael, so stay tuned for any terrible news to come.
