1. Moira and Cain are both arrested
Two bodies have been found on Butler’s Farm, so police swoop in to arrest Moira and Cain on suspicion of double murder. The couple are mortified as the shocking moment takes place in front of Kyle and Matty.
At the station, Moira tries to convince the detectives that Celia has set her up. However, when DS Walsh drops the bombshell that Celia was one of the bodies found, Moira doesn’t know what to think.
2. Cain fears for Moira’s future
After wisely keeping quiet throughout the police interview, Cain is released without charge. However, things aren’t looking so good for Moira, as the evidence seems to be stacked against her.
Caleb gets his trusty solicitor on board to help Moira, but soon has to warn Cain that Anya’s body was wrapped in Moira’s blanket. Feeling helpless, Cain is forced to go home without his wife.
3. Moira’s fate is revealed
The next piece of evidence looks damning for Moira, as her DNA has been found on the blanket. As a consequence, she’s charged with the murders of Anya and Celia.
Chas, Cain and Caleb are all horrified by the development, but for now, there’s not much they can do to help her.
4. Cain visits Moira
When Cain heads to prison to visit Moira, he’s alarmed further as she walks into the room sporting a black eye.
Has Moira’s time behind bars turned nasty already?
5. Cain’s diagnosis is revealed
Without Moira around to support him, Cain heads to the hospital for his test results.
He’s told he has prostate cancer and the illness is aggressive, but localised. Cain is advised to undergo a radical prostatectomy, but becomes overwhelmed by the situation and cuts his consultation short.
6. Cain lashes out
Cain returns to the village after his difficult appointment, but he’s understandably in a foul mood and clashes with everyone he comes into contact with.
Sarah and Liam bear the brunt of Cain’s anger when he rants at them about the pressure that he’s under. He then seeks an escape by spending a quiet moment at Zak’s grave.
7. Ruby clashes with Bear
Ruby catches up with Bear and Paddy following the discovery of Anya’s body. She initially takes a gentle approach with Bear, who’s traumatised by everything he’s been through.
However, when Bear recalls Anya’s final moments and insists that Ray tried to help her, it’s all too much for Ruby. She insists that Ray deserved a slow and horrible death after what he put Anya through. Intervening to protect his dad, Paddy kicks Ruby out.
8. Bear is questioned again
DS Walsh returns to question Bear about what happened to Anya, but Paddy and Dylan fear that he’ll slip up by revealing that he killed Ray.
Paddy panics when Bear mentions that he helped Ray by digging Anya’s grave on Moira’s land. He insists that Bear’s interview should be cut short, as he’s in no fit state to be questioned.
9. Graham goes public
Gabby and Lydia can’t believe their eyes when they see Graham in Home Farm – it seems that nobody bothered to tell them about his return from the dead.
Deciding that it’s time to rip the plaster off, Graham and Joe head to The Woolpack together. How will everyone react to seeing Graham alive?
