General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, January 23, reveal that Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) will have an emergency for Nathan West (Ryan Paevey)

to help tackle while Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) rages at Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will also defy orders,

so let’s discuss what’s ahead in Port Charles. At Bobbie’s, Britt will carry out an angry charade as she tries to drive Jason away.

GH fans will see Britt lash out and ask Jason whether she comes first or Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).

Jason won’t get why Britt’s suddenly flipping out and acting so cold toward him.

Carly will insist Britt wanted a fight right there at the restaurant since she was clearly baiting Carly into one.

Jason will suspect there’s a reason for Britt’s abrupt change in behavior and will grow concerned about the danger she might be in.

As for Josslyn, she’ll head to Wyndemere for a drink with Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) despite Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) orders. Brennan insisted Josslyn should be a sleeper agent and steer clear of Spoon Island, but she’s not going to listen.

Josslyn was also instructed to avoid Lucas if she could do it without raising suspicion.

Instead, Josslyn just accepted Lucas’ castle invite since she found out Pascal (Marc Forget) was out of town.

It looks like Ava Jerome (Maura West) will interrupt a conversation between Josslyn and Lucas on Friday’s show.

Ava may get the feeling that Josslyn is pumping Lucas for information and wonder what she’s up to.

Whatever the case, Lucas and Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) will both be taken aback over something soon.

That might involve Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) reaction to Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) stroke and his focus on Drew’s ASAP congressman replacement.

Next, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will fill Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) in on his demotion, but he’ll try to put all his frustration aside and concentrate on something positive.

Chase will feel like they need to shift their attention to adopting, but Brook Lynn will look uneasy over his suggestion.

Considering the risky moves Chase has been making and all the upheaval in their lives, Brook Lynn may argue that the timing still isn’t right to bring a baby into the picture.

That could launch a fierce fight if Chase questions whether Brook Lynn will ever be ready.

As Emma’s worries grow stronger, Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) will support her when she goes to Nathan for help.

Emma will admit to Nathan that she’s starting to think her grandma is in trouble, so Nathan will hear about Emma’s fears regarding Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).

In the meantime, it looks like Anna will find herself being held somewhere new.

That would explain Pascal’s sudden trip if he’s been overseeing Anna’s transfer to another location.

There was already some talk about needing to get Anna off Spoon Island since it’s too much of a gamble for her to be there when Britt’s there well.

Over with Anna, she’ll continue to hallucinate due to whatever drug she’s been given and will deal with more Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) gaslighting.

“This isn’t happening. You’re not here,” Anna mutters in Friday’s GH preview video.
