General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will have a courtroom outburst this week, as he proclaims, ‘You’re going to rot in prison’;

however, is he shouting this threat to his wife, Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen), or Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson)? GH just dropped its promo video

for the week of January 5-9, and it provides some explosive moments. One being a clip of Drew on the stand, visibly upset, almost foaming at the mouth as he loses it during his testimony.

Drew has wanted Michael to go down for his shooting for months now, but has refrained from naming his nephew as his shooter for multiple reasons: the main one being that Drew doesn’t, in fact, remember who shot him.

As such, it’s only natural to assume that during the week of January 5, evidence could surface that points to Michael as Drew’s shooter.

GH fans know that Michael and Jacinda Bracken’s (Paige Herschell) alibi is on the cusp of being null and void since the two weren’t together during the time Drew got shot.

Plus, Michael being at Drew’s house around the time of his shooting, and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) covering for him, could also come up.

This evidence would undeniably trigger Drew to cause such a scene during his testimony, especially since he’s wanted to nail Michael on this for months now.

Still, since the GH preview doesn’t show exactly who Drew is yelling at, could GH viewers see a plot twist coming?

Willow is on trial for a reason, as she had the motive, access to the gun, and no real alibi to prove she isn’t the shooter.

Mix that in with the fact that Willow has mental health issues, and there’s always a good chance she shot Drew.

In addition, Drew has a memory that he can’t seem to access about the night of the shooting.

Could he recall something this week that points to his darling wife as the shooter?

That would cause fury like the one seen in the preview by Drew.

It’s also important to note there’s a clip of Willow looking panicked at Alexis, so this could spell out disaster for the nurse.
