Within weeks, Jordi auditioned for the role of Taron, the bad-boy gladiator in the ancient Roman reboot Spartacus: House of Ashure.

“I felt it in my body instantly,” Jordi shares. “It was like, this is the warrior. I’m meant to play him.” The timing and connection were so precise, it seemed as though the cards had set him on this path. Landing the role marked his biggest acting opportunity yet, requiring not only dramatic intensity but intense physicality, including a month of dedicated fight training.

“I love surfing, hiking, and even Zumba,” he explains. “But this was the first time I really embodied fluid movement and weaponry. Picking up a sword felt instinctive, like it was part of me.”
