As Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) begins her stint at Bayview, the future of Tesoro (Joseph Ihlenf and Jordan Perdue) will have to be decided.

Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) also has another disturbing episode coming up that’ll lead to more Queen of the Night dreams and her hospitalization.

Next, we should talk about Days’ 60th anniversary, which will bring a November gala to remember and some shocking DiMera-related news.

There’ll be some big returns happening as DOOL celebrates the milestone this season, including Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney), Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan), Eli Grant (Lamon Archey), Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers), Will Horton (Chandler Massey), Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) and so many more.

While the gala will mark the grand opening of the free clinic named after Tom Horton (Macdonald Carey), EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will be up to no good behind the scenes.

Days spoilers say there’ll be some disturbing lab experiments that’ll cause chaos and breathe new life into Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo) – at least in a way!

This will all play a role in a fresh umbrella storyline that’ll be kicking off around the same time.

EJ will move forward with his wild plans, which could have disastrous results if he’s not careful.

Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) will be involved in all this as well, but it’s possible he’s actually Andre DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) if he’s secretly posing as his brother.

We mentioned Sami’s upcoming Days return, which could lead to a mystery getting resolved.

This may set the stage for Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) to realize why she seemingly recognized Sami’s framed photo at the townhouse.

Plus, both Cat and EJ seem drawn to Wuthering Heights, so there has to be a good reason why.

Did Sami read that book aloud while EJ and Cat were recovering at the same facility in the past?

Regardless, a moment of realization should be coming up for Cat sooner or later.

Cat will also continue to navigate her partnership with Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and her complex feelings for Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn).

Of course, Thanksgiving will be here before you know it, which means plenty of Salemites will come together for this special holiday.

It’ll be a good opportunity to take a break from all the drama and focus on family gratitude.

Unfortunately, Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) may not be feeling too grateful this year after his reunion attempt with Sarah Horton Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey) falls apart.

It should leave Xander struggling to figure out a path forward in the month ahead.

Finally, we should mention Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) since her world’s about to spin out.

Between resurfacing memories and the trauma of Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) prison sentence, Rachel will act out and put lives at risk with her next stunt.
