General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) may make a surprise visit to Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) for a revenge alliance against Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna).

GH released a preview video for the week of October 20-24 that shows an unexpected mystery woman visiting Valentin at Steinmauer. There are good reasons to believe

that mystery woman may be Carly based on what went down in the October 20 episode. Carly got Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) on the phone and pushed for some help,

but she warned that no one else could know about it – not even Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). From there, Carly admitted she needed a new identity, so she urged Spinelli to create a fake passport for her along with a digital trail that could withstand an extreme background check.

Doesn’t that sound like exactly what Carly would require for this Steinmauer visit to Valentin?

The mystery woman has dark hair in the promo, so that’s likely Carly’s wig to match up with her fake identity.

We should also consider some fall preview spoilers that point to Valentin teaming up with a shocking ally to go after Brennan payback.

Now that Carly wants payback too, it makes sense for her to join forces with Valentin on a plot that Brennan may never see coming.

Carly seems poised to catch Valentin by surprise and offer up a chance to help her take Brennan down!
